Cofomo is currently looking for a PCO to achieve a mandate with one of its client in Montreal. The responsibilities are: • Support Project Managers with Project Plan & Schedule tracking & Maintenance ; • Project Financials tracking & maintenance (Budget vs Forecast vs Actuals) ; • Project Resource Time planning, Tracking and followups (Forecast vs Actuals) ; • Ensure project methodology is followed ; • Assist with Enterprise Project Management Tool setup and Maintenance (Team, Tasks, Cost Plans) Resource Allocations vs Assignments Tracking ; • Identify and track Project dependencies, Issues, Risks & Change Requests ; • Chair project meetings, document minutes and conduct project followups ; • Ensure accurate and complete project reporting on status including financials ; • Coordinate project activities as required ; • Project Control File Maintenance (Deliverables Documentation and Sign Offs). The required skills and competencies are: • Experience working as a Project coordinator (3 to 5 years) ; • Knowledge and experience working with project management methodology ; • Knowledge and experience working with project enterprise management tools (Clarity) ; • Knowledge and experience working with project scheduling tools, MS Project or Work bench ; • Experience working with financials ; • Planning, Organizational, Communication and Interpersonal Skills ; • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines ; • Fluently Bilingual English & French (verbal and written).
